Can we talk on a call instead?
We work over WhatsApp, Telegram and email instead of calls. You can message at any time that suits you, nobody has to find a free slot, and the plan, timing and price all reach you in writing, so you have a clear record of what was agreed.
What should my first message include?
The platform or platforms you care about, a link to your profile and what you want to achieve, such as more recent reviews or a higher rating. Mention the markets you sell in too. The message builder on this page puts all of that together for you.
Will you ask for my platform login?
No. We never need the password for your G2, Trustpilot or any other account. Our team runs the campaign from your public profile link and a short product brief, so your logins stay with you, and nobody on our side posts or changes anything on your profile.
Do I have to commit before asking questions?
No. Ask as many questions as you like before you decide. You get a written plan with the price, and the campaign only starts once you approve it and pay. If the plan does not suit you, there is nothing to cancel.
