HubSpot review campaigns for apps and partners

Buy HubSpot reviews from your own clients

HubSpot does not allow paid reviews or services that sell them, and only your clients can review your listing. Our team runs your HubSpot review campaigns end to end, getting your own clients to review your app within HubSpot's rules, so buyers comparing you see recent, honest reviews.

  • Your own clients, no bought reviews
  • No rewards of any kind
  • Reviews left on HubSpot itself
  • Campaign plan agreed upfront

App Marketplace and Solutions Directory

How more HubSpot Marketplace reviews help apps and partners

Five reasons to keep new HubSpot App Marketplace reviews coming to your listing, whether you build apps or work as a Solutions Partner.

01HubSpot customers check reviews before they install

People who browse the App Marketplace or the Solutions Directory compare ratings and recent reviews before they install an app or contact a partner. A listing with few or old reviews gives them little reason to pick you.

02Reviews that stay on your listing

HubSpot checks reviews and removes ones that break its guidelines. A campaign with your own clients, built around those guidelines and offering no rewards, keeps every review you earn on your listing.

03A rating that keeps up with your releases

Old reviews describe the app you shipped a year ago. Fresh reviews from current clients show buyers what your product does today, and they move your rating along with each release.

04More listing visits turn into installs

Recent, specific reviews answer the questions buyers have about setup, data sync and support. When those answers sit on the listing, more visitors install your app or get in touch.

05Reviews from clients like your buyers

Buyers want to hear from teams like theirs. A campaign that invites clients across hubs, plan tiers and company sizes gives each kind of buyer a review that speaks to their setup.

Choosing a HubSpot review service

HubSpot review campaigns compared with review sellers

If you buy HubSpot reviews from a seller, you break rules HubSpot spells out by name. Here is how a campaign with your clients compares.

  • Who writes the reviews

Your own clients, about real use

Typical seller: Strangers working for the seller

  • Where reviews are left

On HubSpot, from each client's own account

Typical seller: From bought or shared accounts

  • Rewards for reviewers

    None of any kind

Typical seller: Cash or discounts per review

  • Star ratings

    Chosen by each client

Typical seller: Nearly all 5 stars

  • Fit with HubSpot's rules

    Built around them

Typical seller: Named in them as banned

  • Risk to your listing

    Stays within the rules

Typical seller: Reviews removed or the listing taken down

FAQ

Questions about buying HubSpot reviews

Answers on HubSpot's rules, pricing, clients and timing. Want to check something else? Message us.

Can you buy HubSpot reviews?

No. HubSpot bans reviews given for compensation of any kind, including free or discounted products, refunds or reimbursements, and it names services that sell customer reviews. Breaking those rules can get reviews or your whole listing removed. What you can do is ask your own clients, and we run that campaign for you.

How much does a HubSpot review campaign cost?

Each package is a one-time payment. Starter costs $125 with a target of 5 reviews, Growth costs $230 with a target of 10, and Scale costs $500 with a target of 25. You pay for our planning, writing, follow-up and reporting, and clients choose whether to review.

Can I buy HubSpot app or partner reviews?

No, and the same rule covers apps, Solutions Partners and templates. HubSpot only accepts reviews from clients who bought or used a full version of your offering, and free trial users cannot review. A campaign aimed at your active clients is the way to add reviews to an app listing.

Can we offer clients a gift card or discount for a review?

No. HubSpot's guidelines rule out compensation of any kind for a review, including free or discounted products, refunds and reimbursements. Our campaigns offer clients nothing in return. Each request simply explains why an honest review helps other HubSpot users choose, and asks for a few minutes of their time.

Who can review a HubSpot listing?

Clients who bought or used a full version of your app, service or template and have direct experience with you. They must be logged in to a HubSpot account, and each client can leave one review per offering. Employees, contractors, partners, family members and free trial users cannot review.

Do I need to share my client list?

Yes, or your team sends the requests we write. HubSpot reviews must come from your own clients, so the campaign starts with them. We need names, emails and the hub or product each client uses, and we agree how that data is handled before any request goes out.

Will every HubSpot review be 5 stars?

No. Each client picks their own rating, and we ask clients without filtering for happy ones. HubSpot does not remove reviews just because they are negative, so a believable mix of ratings with honest detail serves your listing better than a run of perfect scores.

How long does a HubSpot campaign take?

Most of the time goes into sending requests and follow-ups on a schedule we agree with you before the campaign starts. Reviews appear on your listing once clients submit them on HubSpot. The pace depends on the size of your client base and how recently they worked with you.

What if fewer clients review than the target?

The target is a goal, because clients decide whether to review. If responses run low, the weekly report shows where, and we suggest the next group of clients to ask. Anything extra gets its own scope and price, agreed before work begins, so there are no surprise charges.

Can you remove negative HubSpot reviews?

No. We do not remove or hide honest reviews. HubSpot lets providers report a review that breaks its policy, but it does not remove reviews for being negative. A calm public reply from your team, plus fresh reviews from current clients, does more for your listing.

Do you work with HubSpot Solutions Partners?

Yes. Agencies listed in the Solutions Directory can grow their HubSpot Solutions Partner reviews with the same kind of campaign, run with their own clients. We plan which clients to ask, write the requests in your agency's voice and report back each week, all within HubSpot's review guidelines.
