How it works
How our review campaigns work, from plan to published review
Your part takes a few minutes. Our team runs the rest of the campaign, so real users review your product within each platform's rules and the buyers who check you find recent, honest feedback.

Three steps
The three steps of every review campaign
The same process runs on all six platforms. What changes is the pace, the reviewers and the rules we plan around.
-
01
Choose a package and get a written plan
Message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or email with the platform, your profile link and what you want to achieve. We reply with a written plan: the package, the delivery window and the final price. Ask as many questions as you like first. Nothing starts until you approve the plan and pay.
- You
- Send one message, then approve the plan
- Our team
- Write the plan, confirm the window and price
-
02
We plan the pacing and run the campaign
Our team gets real users to review your product on the platform (on Capterra and HubSpot, your own customers). Reviews are spread across the window at a steady pace that fits the platform's rules, so your profile grows the way real activity does. Every reviewer writes in their own words and picks their own rating.
- You
- Nothing, unless a platform page says otherwise
- Our team
- Outreach, pacing and rule checks
-
03
Watch reviews go live on your profile
Reviews appear on your profile during the window, and we send you each one as it goes live, so you can follow your review count and rating as the campaign runs. When it ends, you get a summary of every review it brought in, plus reply templates for good and critical reviews.
- You
- Reply to reviews if you want to
- Our team
- An update per review and a final summary

Rules we keep
What never happens during a campaign
These rules apply to every campaign on every platform. The review policy sets out the full detail.
- Use bots, scripts or fake, bought or shared accounts
- Write a review, or post one for someone else
- Pay or reward reviewers
- Choose the rating or ask anyone to change a review
- Deliver reviews in a sudden burst
- Promise a rating, badge or ranking
FAQ
Questions about how it works
Short answers on timing, what we need from you and how you follow the campaign.
How long does a review campaign take?
It depends on the platform, the size of the package and how active your profile already is. We agree a delivery window with you before you pay, so you know what to expect. Reviews then arrive at a steady pace across that window instead of all at once.
What do I need to send to get started?
The platform you want, a link to your profile there and a few lines on your product, its users and your markets. That is enough for us to write a plan with the window and the price. If a platform needs anything more, its own page tells you before you buy.
Will I need to give you my login?
No. We never ask for the password to your G2, Trustpilot or any other review account. The campaign runs from your public profile link and the brief you send, and nobody on our team posts, edits or removes anything on your profile at any point.
How will I know how the campaign is going?
We message you each time a new review goes live, so you can watch your review count and rating move in real time. You can ask for a status update whenever you like, and when the campaign ends you receive a summary of every review it brought in.
Can I change the plan once it has started?
Yes, within reason. Tell us what you want to change, such as the pace or adding a second platform, and we agree the change in writing, including any difference in price. Changes before the campaign starts are simple, since nothing has been set in motion yet.
Ready to start your first campaign?
Tell us the platform and your goal. We reply with a written plan and price, and nothing starts until you approve it.
