Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use relikreview.com or buy a service from RelikReview. RelikReview is a trading name of RelikReview Pvt Ltd, a company based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us"). "You" means the person or company buying or using our services.

By approving a written plan or paying for a package, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy from us.

We run review campaigns for software companies on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, SourceForge, SoftwareSuggest and HubSpot. Our team runs each campaign end to end: we plan it, get real users to review your product (your own customers on Capterra and HubSpot), and pace the reviews across an agreed delivery window or schedule.

How a campaign runs on each platform is described on that platform's page and in the written plan you approve.

Every campaign follows our review policy, which forms part of these terms.

Before any work starts, we send you a written plan with the package or campaign, the delivery window or schedule, and the final price. Prices on our website are a guide and can change, but the price in a plan you have approved will not change for that order.

Packages and campaigns are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no subscription. Payment is due before the campaign starts, by card or bank transfer, using the payment link or bank details on your invoice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you.

We aim to deliver within the agreed window or schedule. Review platforms check, publish and remove reviews under their own rules, and reviewers decide whether to write a review and what rating to give. For that reason we cannot promise:

If your package includes replacement and a review fails to publish, or a platform takes it down before the window closes, we provide another at no extra cost. Each package states whether replacement is included.

If you cancel before any work on your campaign starts, you get a full refund. Once work has started, a refund is based on the work already done, and where a package includes replacement we offer replacement first. Delays caused by missing information from you, and decisions a review platform makes on its own, are not grounds for a refund.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order details and the reason.

We reply to refund requests within two business days and send approved refunds within ten business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

We can pause or stop a campaign if a request would break our review policy, a platform's rules or the law.

RelikReview is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice, SourceForge, SoftwareSuggest or HubSpot. Their names and logos belong to their owners and appear on our site only to show which platforms our services cover. See our disclaimer for more.

You can ask to change or cancel a plan before the campaign starts. Once work has started, we agree any change with you in writing, including any change in price. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work already done and we refund the rest, as set out in the replacements and refunds section above.

The TrustScore calculator and review velocity planner give estimates for planning only. Platforms calculate scores in their own ways, so real results can differ.

The content, design and code of this website belong to RelikReview Pvt Ltd. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

The website and tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or online.

We can pause or end a campaign, or decline an order, if a request would break these terms, our review policy, a platform's rules or the law, or if payment is not made. If we end a campaign for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the work not yet done.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by review platforms, for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you approve a plan applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales, Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these terms can go to [email protected].
