FAQ

Questions about buying reviews

Short, direct answers on how our campaigns work, the platforms we cover, safety, prices, delivery and ratings.

Getting started

What does RelikReview do?

RelikReview runs review campaigns for software companies on G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, SourceForge, SoftwareSuggest and HubSpot. Our team plans and runs each campaign for you, so real users review your product within the platform's rules and new buyers find recent, honest feedback. You choose the platform and the package.

Who is RelikReview for?

B2B and B2C software companies that have users but too few recent reviews. That includes SaaS products sold to business teams, consumer apps and subscriptions, developer tools, HubSpot app developers and Solutions Partners, and agencies that manage reviews for their own software clients.

How do I start a campaign?

Send a message on WhatsApp, Telegram or email saying which platform you want, where your profile is and what result you are after. You get back a written plan with the timing and the price, and the campaign begins only once you approve it and pay.

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens over WhatsApp, Telegram or email at a time that suits you. Most questions take a few messages to answer, and you get the plan and price in writing, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to before anything starts.

What do you need from my team?

Just your profile link and a few lines about your product, who it is for and where you sell. From that we write a plan with the price, and after you approve it our team does the rest. If a platform needs anything more, its own page says so before you buy.

Platforms

Which review platforms do you cover?

Six platforms built for software: G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, SourceForge, SoftwareSuggest and HubSpot. Capterra reviews may also be shown on its affiliated sites, GetApp and Software Advice. The services page compares all six side by side, with who each one suits best and what it costs.

Which platform should my company start with?

Start where your buyers already look. B2B teams usually check G2 and Capterra, consumer app users check Trustpilot, developers compare tools on SourceForge, and many Indian businesses shortlist on SoftwareSuggest. If you sell through HubSpot, your Marketplace listing comes first.

Do you cover GetApp and Software Advice?

Yes, through Capterra. GetApp and Software Advice belong to the same network, and reviews submitted on Capterra can also appear on both sites. One Capterra campaign can lift your profile across all three, so there is no need to run separate campaigns on GetApp or Software Advice.

Can I run campaigns on several platforms at once?

Yes. Each platform gets its own scope, schedule and price, agreed before you pay. Our team paces every campaign on its own, so no profile gets a sudden burst of reviews, and you get an update each time a review goes live on any platform.

Safety and rules

Could buying reviews hurt my brand?

The damage comes from fake reviews, and those are the only kind we refuse to touch. Our campaigns only use real users posting from their own accounts, follow each platform's published rules, never pay reviewers and never promise a rating. Our review policy sets out every rule we work by.

Do you use bots or fake accounts?

Never. Every reviewer is a real person with their own account on the platform. Bots, scripts, bought or aged accounts and shared logins are all off the table, and nobody on our team writes or posts a review for someone else.

Are reviewers paid or rewarded?

No. Reviewers get no money, gifts, discounts or credits from us. You pay us for the campaign work. Some platforms, such as Capterra and G2, run their own incentive programs under their own rules, and those stay separate from what we do.

Will my profile get flagged?

Profiles get flagged for fake activity: bot accounts, bursts of reviews or paid reviewers. Our campaigns avoid all three. No one can promise how a platform will act, so we follow its published rules closely, and packages with a replacement cover any review removed during the window.

Pricing

How much do reviews cost?

Trustpilot is the lowest entry point at $100 for 5 reviews. SourceForge and SoftwareSuggest begin at $125, G2 and Capterra at $150, and HubSpot at $125. Larger packages lower the price of each review, and every price is listed on the platform's own page.

Is it a subscription?

No. Every package and campaign is a one-time payment. You buy again only if you want another campaign later, for example to keep your newest review recent ahead of a G2 report season, a product launch or a move into a new market.

Can I get a custom plan?

Yes. If you need more reviews than our largest package, a mix of platforms or a longer schedule, message us with the details. We send a custom plan with the scope, timing and price for each platform before you commit to anything.

Delivery

How long does a campaign take?

It depends on the platform, the package size and the current activity on your profile. Before payment, we set a delivery window or campaign schedule together, so you know what to expect. Reviews then go live step by step, since a steady pace looks natural.

Will I see each review?

Yes. We send you each review when it goes live on the platform, so you can watch your count and rating change as the campaign runs. When the campaign ends, you also get a short summary of every review it brought in.

What happens if a review is removed?

On G2, Trustpilot, SourceForge and SoftwareSuggest packages, we replace any review that fails to go live or gets taken down before the window closes, at no extra cost. Capterra and HubSpot packages are priced as campaigns with a review target, so replacement does not apply there.

Can you deliver all the reviews at once?

No. A burst of reviews in a day or two looks unnatural to buyers and to platform checks, and it puts your profile at risk. We spread reviews across the agreed window, so your profile grows at a pace that matches real activity.

Ratings and reviews

Will every review be 5 stars?

No. Each reviewer picks their own rating. Buyers trust profiles with a natural mix of ratings and detailed reviews more than a row of perfect scores. For a well-liked product, an average a little above 4 stars is normal and believable.

Can I see or approve a review before it is posted?

No. Reviewers write and submit their reviews directly on the platform, and neither we nor you see them first. Approving reviews would break most platforms' rules and make the reviews less believable. You see each review once it is live.

Can you remove negative reviews?

No. Honest reviews stay where they are, good or bad. A polite public answer to a critical review often reassures buyers more than the review worries them, and a run of fresh reviews from today's users shows how the product has improved. Each platform page includes reply templates.

Can you post reviews about a competitor?

No. We only run campaigns for a client's own product, and we never write or arrange reviews of a competitor. Every major review platform bans it, and it would undermine the trust that makes reviews worth having for you and for your buyers.

Ready to plan a campaign?

Tell us the platform and your goal. We send back a plan with the price, and nothing starts until you approve it.
